These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes!
Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Can you believe it’s November? Seriously, like how?! If you’re like me, you’ve been slowly stocking up on stuff for Thanksgiving.
Do you make a whole bird or just a breast? Usually, I do the breast, but I think this year I’ll do a whole one, that way I have the dark meat for soups and the bigger carcass for stock.
We’re almost done with the plants in the backyard. Today, Mr. Fantabulous is going to buy five more trees, and hopefully that’ll be the last of the plants. However, I did hear him mumble something about us needing around 27 bushes. Oy… I need a money tree or a sugar daddy at this point!
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most people read the comments first before deciding whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. When you make a recipe of mine or plan to make it, please leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who visits my site would genuinely appreciate it.
Highlighted Recipes of the Week!
These recipes are tried and true, but ones that you may have forgotten about.

- Roasted Pork Loin & Sauerkraut: Juicy and packed with so much flavor that’s perfect all year long! Mom’s recipe, perfected!
- How to Spatchcock a Chicken & Turkey: By spatchcocking a whole chicken or turkey, you’re setting yourself up for success. You’ll end up with an evenly cooked bird that’s done way faster than leaving it whole. And because it’s butterflied, you’ll have even seasoning, thus making it more flavorful!
- The Best Porcupine Meatballs: Soft & tender well-seasoned meatballs baked in a rich tomato sauce make this the perfect classic comfort food for family dinners.
- Creamy Corn Casserole: It’s creamy, cheesy, and pairs perfectly with any weeknight, holiday, or cookout dinner. It’s soft and fluffy with a kiss of Asiago cheese.
