So is your team in the Big Game on the 11th? Sadly the Steelers got knocked out 2 weeks ago so my team isn’t in it. However, a team my brother played pro football for is so I’ll be rooting for them. I mean I kind of have to, right?
I read there’s a drinking game going around that you have to take a shot every time they show Taylor on the screen. I suspect there will be many drunk folks. Now I’m a girl who likes a variety of things to go with my main dish. Whether it’s wings, pizza, or pulled pork, there need to be sides. It helps balance out the dish. What are some of your must-haves for game day?
I’m all about a killer sandwich, burger, or BBQ when it comes to game-day foods. I’ll serve wings but that’s not what I go for. I’m making my pulled pork this week for the game. I’ll cook it, then I’ll use my vacuum sealer on it to toss it in the freezer. On the day of, all I have to do is take it out, reheat it, and serve. Folks never know that I made it prior.
This way I’m not outside manning the smokers when I should be inside glued to the TV.
