Happy Monday TKW Family! How was your week? Last week was SO MUCH FUN! We were in Vegas for the 40th annual Pizza Expo. I met so many new folks – even some TKW Family members! Plus I got to see my pizza family from all over the world.

Of course, we ate our weight in pizza, gelato, cheese, sandwiches, and espresso. You’d think after all that food we’d come back with an extra 10 pounds! However, what folks don’t realize is that it’s A LOT of walking. I came home pounds lighter actually!

We also brought home some sickness. It started on the way home with my having this horrific sore throat. By the next morning, it was in my head, nose, and ears and I had zero voice. Like I sounded like a character out of the Godfather making you an offer you can’t refuse.

You can suggest what you’d tweak or a spin you put on it. Heck or tell me that you loved it! Like how to make vegan, keto, or not use mushrooms.

This is how I grow and become a better Chef. When you give honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written, that’s truly appreciated! The most critical thing you can do for me is to comment on the blog recipe post. 

When I look at someone else’s recipe I read the comments as to me, that’s honest feedback. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. I and everyone else who goes to my site would truly appreciate it!
