These Weekly Menu recipes allow you to get out of that same ol’ recipe rut and try some delicious and easy dishes!
Happy Monday, TKW Family! I hope you had a fantastic week last week! Last week was rough, but it was rough for the world, too. I spent hours trying to write down my thoughts, but it turned into a novel. I am not political nor religious, but I have a heart and compassion. I lead with an open mind and a willingness to listen, learn, and discuss. So I will simply say this: if you choose hate and violence, then my kitchen is closed to you indefinitely. You aren’t welcome here, ever.
On another note, we’ve finally resolved the AC issues. The company did the right and honorable thing by replacing the 3 brand-new units they installed improperly about 3 weeks ago with 3 more brand-new units and doing the installation correctly this time. Plus, they replaced and or reimbursed us for the things they damaged. Should it have happened in the first place? Absolutely not BUT they were allowed to remediate it, and they stepped up and did the right thing. I can’t say that many companies exist like that anymore.
Did you make a recipe? Leave a blog comment!
So why do I ask this? Two reasons:
- Honest feedback is appreciated. It helps me learn and grow.
- Most folks read the comments first before they decide whether to make a recipe or not.
This is how I grow and become a better Chef. I truly appreciate honest feedback on the recipes you’ve made by following the instructions as written! The most critical thing you can do for me is comment on the blog recipe post.
When I look at someone else’s recipe, I read the comments, and that’s honest feedback to me. So when you make a recipe of mine or plan on making it, leave a comment on the post. Everyone else who goes to my site, and I would genuinely appreciate it!
